All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity conducted on the 92pkt Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or game type. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
92pkt reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until 92pkt's system registers it as accepted and issues a confirmation reference number to your account.
Where a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, market pricing, or game parameters — including software malfunctions, human error, or data feed failures — 92pkt reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to your wallet. A manifest error includes, without limitation, odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market rates at the time of bet placement.
Live and in-play betting markets at 92pkt are available subject to connectivity. 92pkt is not liable for any losses arising from delays in the transmission of live data feeds, including betting on events that have already concluded. It is the player's responsibility to confirm the live status of a market before placing an in-play bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkt Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of all balances:

In the event of a legitimate closure not arising from player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method.

Any real-money wallet balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following successful KYC verification. Uncompleted wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon closure.
